- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon Tarragon
- ½ teaspoon Rosemary
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 4 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
Mix together the first six ingredients and spread onto both sides of the chicken. Leave the chicken to marinate at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, but if you have time leave for several hours in the refrigerator.
Place directly on the grill over a medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning once halfway through. Ensure the chicken is cooked thoroughly and that the juices run clear before serving. When using a thermometer, the chicken is cooked when it reached 165°
