Quick Marinated BBQ Chicken

If you or any of your guests are on a diet it doesn’t mean saying no to some great barbecue food! This delicious recipe is just 145 calories per portion!

Last minute decision to have a BBQ? This easy recipe only needs marinating for just 15 minutes!


  • 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Tarragon
  • ½ teaspoon Rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned


Mix together the first six ingredients and spread onto both sides of the chicken. Leave the chicken to marinate at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, but if you have time leave for several hours in the refrigerator.

Place directly on the grill over a medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning once halfway through. Ensure the chicken is cooked thoroughly and that the juices run clear before serving. When using a thermometer, the chicken is cooked when it reached 165°
